Fall Ball Special Rules - Interleague

Major Baseball, Minor Baseball, Minor Softball, and Rookie Baseball Interleague Rules

Time limits:  All games will be played with a time limit.  No new batter may enter the batters box when the time limit has been reached.
Games must end at either: two hours from first pitch; or official sunset time; or 15 minutes prior to the next scheduled game on the same field; or 9:45 PM if playing under the lights - WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

Rule limits:  Minors and Rookies = five (5) runs per half-inning; Majors = six (6) runs per half-inning.

Umpires:  Managers are responsible for providing umpires.  Home team must provide the plate umpire, and visitor team must provide the field umpire.  All participants and spectators must respect the decisions of the umpires.

Note: Our umpires are volunteers and human.  Mistakes will happen and vocalizing your criticisms detracts from the experience for our kids.  Further, comments directed at or about our volunteer umpires may be a violation of the Code of Conduct, which applies to all participants and spectators of our program.  If managers need assistance finding umpires, please contact the Mile High LL, chief umpire [email protected] and we will try to assist.

On-field or dugout volunteers:  ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST WEAR OR DISPLAY A VOLUNTEER BADGE WHEN ON THE FIELD OR IN THE DUGOUT.  If you need a badge, please stop by the MHLL boardroom tonight between 5:30 and 6:00 pm or 7:00pm to 7:30pm.  Badges from 2019 from other District 5 Little Leagues are allowed.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
