November President's Corner

“There are only two seasons – winter and baseball.” – Bill Veeck

As we say so-long to baseball and head into the “other” season, I want to express my sincere gratitude, on behalf of the Mile High Little League Board of Directors and myself, to all our players, families, and volunteers. Thank you for making this year such a success!

This spring and fall, more than 250 kids took the field, learned, played, and had fun. While we had a few bumps along the way, the joy and growth we saw far outweighed the challenges.

We also made big strides in improving our park: adding dugout roofs, field lights, bleachers, and completing paperwork for shade structures, sidewalks, and landscaping. By spring, our facilities will be better than ever.

A huge thank-you goes to our amazing volunteers - coaches, parents, umpires, and board members - who make this league possible. Over the winter, we’ll be developing more training resources to support them and strengthen our program.

Looking ahead, we’re working to enhance our website, social media, and communications. We also hope to hold off-season clinics (weather permitting), so stay tuned for more information on that!

Spring registration opens November 1 and runs through February 15th, 2026, with early-bird discounts available through December 31, 2025. Don't wait - get registered here on the website today!
