Background Check for 2019 season

Every volunteer who participates on the field in any way, including any volunteer coach, manager, or umpire must complete a background check and be approved by the MHLL Safety Officer.  All volunteers are required to complete this process each year, regardless of whether they were approved in prior years.  Please bring a completed volunteer application form (links below) to one of our in-person registration dates, so you can get photographed for the badge.  We will also have blank forms available at in-person registration sessions.

There are two versions of the volunteer application form:

1) Volunteer Application if you did not receive a 2018 Mile High Volunteer Badge;

2) Returning Volunteer Application only if you did receive a 2018 Mile High Volunteer Badge.

If you were approved by a league other than Mile High last year, or were approved by Mile High in a year other than 2018, you will need to complete the regular Volunteer Application.
