Fee Rollover Procedure

If you have decided to take advantage of the rollover incentives below and to rollover your Spring 2020 fees for the new 2020 season, please follow the procedure below before registering for 2020.  Click here to return to the policy page.  If you want to rollover your fees for 2021, (meaning your player will not play in the fall) then no action is needed, as this will happen automatically after the July 21st deadline.

Email the following information to [email protected]

1) Name of the adult on the Sports Connect account
2) Name(s) of the player or player for whom you wish to rollover fees.
3) Program the player(s) was registered in for Spring 2020 the player was registered for (Baseball, Softball, or Tee ball)
4) Division the player was registered for in Spring (Rookie, Minor, Major, Junior, Intermediate (50/70)
5) Which division your player wishes to play in for the new 2020 season.  You may choose the same division, or you may choose to advance to a higher division if your player is age/skill level appropriate.
6) Coach/teammate requests (not guaranteed)
7) Jersey size

If you complete this process you will receive confirmation emails of your cancellation from Spring (with fee rollover) and registration for the new 2020 season.

You may also choose to register the player yourself after we process the rollover, but you will be charged an additional $3 fee from our website host Sports Connect.

Fee Rollover Incentives

Rollover incentive 1: We will price match for 2020 and/or 2021 whatever fees you were charged for 2020 (including those who took advantage of our Black Friday deal)
Rollover incentive 2: you will receive a $25 credit that you can apply to either your 2021 registration fees or towards a Mile High Spirit Gear purchase.
