Spring 2020 Refund Procedure

Before you request a refund, please review our fee rollover incentives that are available if you choose to apply your Spring 2020 fee to a future season --> Rollover info page

If you have two or more players with us, you may choose to refund some and rollover fees for others.

Unfortunately our website host and payment processor does not allow credit card reversals, so all refunds will be by check.  Due to government restrictions on non-essential businesses, all refunds will be sent by U.S. Mail.  In order to prevent fraud, we require that all information you provide in your refund request must match the information in our registration system on this website.  The login page has links to assist you if you forgot your username or password, if needed.  If your mailing address is not updated, for example, you will need to log-in to our system and update it to ensure a more prompt refund.  We will first verify that the email address from the refund request matches an email provided in the registration system prior to issuing a refund.

Please email [email protected] the following information:

1) Name of the adult to be named as the payee on the refund check (must match the registration account name).

2) Name of the player or players whose division fees are to be refunded.

3) Mailing address including zip code for mailing the refund check (must match the registration account info).

4) Phone number so you can be contacted by league volunteers if the information provided does not match our registration system.

If you have any questions, please email our refund coordinator at [email protected]

Spring 2020 Refund Policy

 - The service fee charged by our website vendor "Sports Connect" is not refundable (either $3 or $6 depending on payment plan), as it was not paid to Mile High Little League.
 - Any money associated with our chocolate fundraiser is not refundable.
 - The optional $5 general membership fee is also not refundable.
 - Anyone with an outstanding balance for chocolate sales or for fees from a prior season will first have any Spring 2020 payments applied to those balances before the league will issue any refund.

Note regarding refund policy:

The chocolate fundraiser is not refundable because it's just that: a fundraiser.  It is separate from the division fees for participation.  Everyone was given the opportunity to avoid the out-of-pocket expense by selling chocolates.  The general membership $5 is optional and allows adults (who elect not to submit a volunteer application) to vote in league elections.  (We will still have an election in 2020 for next year's directors).  As a non-profit, we need to retain fundraiser dollars due to the expenses already incurred for this season.  Even though many of you only had one practice, we were required to purchase accident and liability insurance for all the players prior to that practice.  Also we already paid for a number of other things such as chartering fees, portable toilets, electric, water, sewer, trash, bank fees, and field maintenance supplies.  Nobody on the board of directors receives any compensation or discounts for their service to the board.  The same is true for every coach, manager, umpire, scorekeeper, team parent, or other volunteer to the league.  As an all-volunteer organization, these fundraiser dollars are necessary to keep our league solvent and to ensure we are able to provide this activity to our community in the future.

We strongly encourage everyone to consider a fee rollover to be used in future seasons and are offering incentives to do so.  See our rollover information page.  We hope that many families use this rollover option as we want to avoid fee increases in future years.
